Frequently asked questions

What are the framework conditions for making appointments?

Four points must be fulfilled for you to receive your referral fee:
1. The appointment must take place.
2. The person with whom you arrange the appointment must be a decision-maker in their company.
3. The respective venture must not yet be in contact with this person.
4. You have to have permission to give us the contact information of the decision-maker.

If the appointment is for Board Owl, there is a fifth point that must be fulfilled:
5. The company must register an opportunity on the Board Owl platform.
However, Board Owl will also waive the registration fees for any companies coming through our allygatr referral program.

Who pays me? allygatr or the ventures?

allygatr will pay you. Our Chief Growth Officer Nils will reach out to you with further information.

Do I really get five percent of every deal?

Yes! The conditions for making appointments apply for every single new client referral. The resulting contract must be concluded within three months after the referral.

Please note: The commission will be paid after the venture receives the payment. You will therefore receive the money in installments.

If you made an appointment for Board Owl, please note:
When the company has found a suitable candidate for the registered opportunity, you will receive 5% of the success fee.
